We went there at a quiet hour.
Menu for food and drinks has quite nice options, I enjoyed the pho. As the food quality is on point. Recommended to try here.
NO table service, just walk in and pay and order at the counter and self-service pick up.
Restaurant has music very good.
There are lots of options for extra sauce and fresh herbs.
However, I am very disappointed about the hygiene in the restaurant, eg, NO cover for sauce and herbs.
Quite a bit visible ined around the restaurant like on table, windows, and even sanitiser section. It can tell that they didn't pay much attention to it. Hope it gets improved and keeps it up.

Perfect for a rainy day in Adelaide It would be nice to go here. You can enjoy very hot rice noodles that are truly delicious. There are many other menu items, but the rice noodles are very delicious.

It was my first time here, having heard a fair bit about this business. Now, only a few days back, I went to another Vietnamese restaurant. A L bowl of fresh beef pho for $19 at the other, and fifty cents more for this one. My son tried both, he left a whole lot of noodles, as well as the broth. I had his leftovers. Personally, I wouldn't pay this much. The first impression is this place requires a de-cluttering, I felt like I'm in a store room, and to charge the same as anyone out there, no table service, food's average, least we could do, is a nice space to enjoy a meal. I got neither. The jury is out there, but for me, someone must convince me it's worth another visit.

Yes, it is. Good Pho U is good for you. Walking into the restaurant brings back memories of Asian food centres. Tonight, I dined in and tried the #1 menu item. Roast beef pho is definitely a winner.
I have to say, it reminded me of the Pho in Saigon around the time the US embargo was lifted. I loved adding in the fresh herbs on the side, and when added in, the taste is so good.
The stock was well seasoned. You can add some fish sauce and other sauces to augment the umami, if needed. Add as much fresh chilli as you dare. I added it all and was glad there were boxes of tissues on the table.
